The majority of the reviews I've read on this app have been extremely positive.  Apparently, with this app you can:

• Pick a Moleskine notebook paper style: plain, ruled, squared• Type in text notes• Sketch with your fingers • Insert and play with your personal images• Break down your notes into categories• Play with images provided by Moleskine (which should be fun for about two whole seconds)• Geo-tag each note created and create a virtual map of your memories• Share your notes with friends through email or social networks
